Aga Khan University

Aga Khan University is one of Pakistan's most prestigious and reputable medical universities, located in Karachi. It was established in 1983 as Pakistan's first private university. AKU is a not-for-profit institution and an agency of the Aga Khan Development Network. Aga Khan began as a health science university, and their hospitals were the first in the Pakistan and East Africa regions to be accredited by the U.S.-based Joint Commission International. KEMC is a medical college located in Lahore, Pakistan. It was founded in 1860 by the British Raj. The university is named after King Edward VII. Dow University of Health Sciences

Sir Hugh Down founded Dow University of Health Sciences in 1945. It is among the most prominent medical universities in Pakistan. Liaquat University of Medical and Health Sciences

This university was established as Sindh Medical School in 1881, later names as Liaquat Medical College in 1951. It was made to be the first public sector medical school in Pakistan in 2001.
