USAID announces scholarships for female Pakistani students
The U.S. Agency for International Development (USAID) has amalgamated with the Higher Education Commission (HEC) to provide merit and need-based scholarships for Pakistani female students in the top 30 higher education institutes of Pakistan.
The HEC officials have said that more than 5,300 USAID-funded scholarships will be given to Pakistani female students.

The scholarships are being offered for Master’s/MBA/MS/MPhil/Education teaching degree programs in several disciplines under the HEC wing. The scholarships will cover tuition fees, books allowance, boarding and lodging, transportation, and other related academic costs.
The female students who are eligible for the need-based programs will be asked to provide the required information for their status. Additionally, students who have established any other scholarships or grants cannot apply for this program.
