Meanwhile, students seem to be panicking, with the hashtag ‘Delay MDCAT’ trending on social media, as they have repeatedly asked for the exam to be delayed from the following weekend when it is expected.
Minister saheb I know you are very happy because Pakistan won the match. Patel saheb why don’t you please make our medical students happy also by delaying mdcat. Give them a break and earn their respects, love and their prayers please. Thank you

However, the official MDCAT account has announced the commencement of the medical exam over the weekend, likening it to a hopeful victory by Pakistan in the ICC Men's T20 World Cup 2022 final, this Sunday.
Congratulations Pakistan. Just 1 more win to bring the trophy 🏆 to Pakistan. INSHALLAH on next Sunday both Pakistan and MDCATians will shine.

Allegedly, due to the pressure of the MDCAT exams, one student attempted to take their own life. More students have spoken up, asking for a 2 week delay at least so that proper preparation can be done because one of the main issues students are facing is the extensiveness of the syllabus.
Many have not completed prep even once as yet. The official MDCAT account and Pakistan Medical Commission (PMC) have not addressed the students’ queries as yet, having previously confirmed that the exam will take place accordingly on the 13th of November, 3 days from now.
