Malik Riaz announces 25 PhD scholarships for Pakistani students
The founder of Bahria Town, Malik Riaz Hussain has announced a 25 Ph.D. scholarship for Pakistani students under the institution Rukhsana Memorial Trust (RMT). The trust is named after his mother, and it performs various voluntary work.
The selected candidates will have the opportunity to pursue a science and technology Ph.D. program at any of the top 200 international universities in the USA, Europe, Australia, China, and Japan. Every year, the varsities list will be revised based on the global ranking. The scholarship will include international air tickets too.
The scholarship will be provided for the students of the top 5 front-ranking universities in Pakistan, namely NED University Karachi, UET Lahore, Punjab University, Peshawar University, and Quaid-e-Azam University in Islamabad.
Malik Riaz said that the students who will get the scholarship will be required to serve the government of Pakistan for five years.
