To tackle this foreboding, the Pakistani government established the Ministry of Climate Change. It is a multi-functional national environmental agency. This division has a lot more sub-divisions. This office is in charge of developing environmental policy.

The Department of Climate Change employs a huge number of people of various ranks. Applicants for jobs must compete in a competition held by the National Testing Service. There are fierce competitions for excellent marks. To conduct this test, various centres have been established. The HR department is also in charge of conducting interviews. Successful candidates will be provided with a working letter. This is commonly referred to as a contract. For empty posts, this contract lasts one to two years. A working arrangement for extended time is granted to a managerial role. They can be anywhere from 3 to 5 years old. Salaries are reported based on the salary scale.
