In this respect, UHS Vice-Chancellor (VC) Dr. Javed Akram stated that happiness plays an essential role in people's lives and helps to combat negativity in society.
Regrettably, society has limited the idea of happiness to certain occasions such as weddings, birthdays, and sporting events. Happiness, on the other hand, can refer to a variety of things.
He went on to say that the UHS Masters of Happiness degree programme was created to assist people in finding happiness in everyday chores and living healthier and more successful lives.
