Allama Iqbal Open University postpones exams across the country
Islamabad: Allama Iqbal Open University has postponed the examinations for BA / ADE / ADC / PGD / BS / B.Ed / MA and MSc programs across the country. The decision was taken after the government closed educational institutions from November 26 to January 10.

The decision was taken at an upper management meeting chaired by Vice-Chancellor Prof. Dr. Zia ul Qayoom at the University's main campus. Following the decision, the examination department has also issued a formal notification. According to the examinations department of the University, the papers on November 24 and 25 will be taken as per the schedule. Also, the ongoing online examinations of students residing in the Middle East will continue as per schedule.

The new schedule of examinations will be announced after the opening of the educational institution. Revised roll number slips will also be mailed to students, and each student will be notified via SMS to their mobile number in the university records.
