Ali Zafar shares his personal experience with bullying after the Lahore school incident
One of Pakistan's top performers, Ali Zafar, shared his personal experiences regarding the horrifying act of violence against a fellow student. This was allegedly because she refused to participate in substance abuse with female students at a private school in Lahore, Scarsdale International School.
Condemning the torture that took place at Scarsdale, the Teefa in Trouble star stated that proper measures must be instilled in order to end such acts of violence at schools.
Just saw a video of a girl being bullied. I don’t want to share the video because no matter how bad the act was, I feel that those girls (the bullies) need a fair chance in life to learn and become better human beings; however, the issue of bullying needs to be addressed.

The victim is a student at Scarsdale, who was subjected to over 40 minutes of torture by her seniors, according to sources. The video of the brutal assault became viral on social media, with a police case also being registered against the bullies.
On Twitter, Ali Zafar shared his own personal experience of being bullied. In a detailed post he disclosed that he was bullied several times during his college days, having his accent and clothes mocked repeatedly, and for his background, which did not meet ‘elite standards’.
His suggestion was for schools to adopt a very clear bullying policy, with teachers and staff trained to recognize this type of violence and unethical behavior.
In the Tu Hi Hai singer's opinion, schools and parents have a significant responsibility to teach and educate their children well. They also have to pay close attention to what their children are up to and how they behave.
