Afrilearn launches free mobile app for exam preparation
Edtech startup Afrilearn was founded in 2019, it provides free, interesting, and international education to children ages 6 to 18 to help them achieve the best grades in school and competitive exams such as the West African Senior School Certificate Examination (WASSCE), Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME), and National Examination Council (NECO), and many others. It also uses detailed analytics to track each student's progress and assist them to identify their capabilities and areas for improvement.
Afrilearn has developed a mobile app for exam preparation available to primary and secondary school students in Nigeria and around the world.
According to the statement, the education streaming platform has reached over 486,032 learners directly, with over 50,000 gamified quizzes, 5,000 curriculum-specific class notes, and over 3,000 video courses.
"Afrilearn has been labeled the Netflix of education for young Africans, with 94% of students reporting improved school grades, better confidence, and exam success." said Isaac Oladipupo, Co-founder/CEO at Afrilearn.
