6 days holiday announced by Private Schools for Eid-ul Fitr 2022
On the occasion of Eid-ul-Fitr, the Pakistan Private Schools Federation (APSF) has declared public holidays in educational institutions.
Private schools across the country will observe six-day Eid holidays between April 30 and May 5, according to APSF President Kashif Mirza.
"On Friday, May 6th, schools will resume regular classes," he further added. The University of Baluchistan, on the other hand, has published a notice declaring the Eid holidays.
The university will be closed from May 2 to 6, according to the announcement. According to PTV News, the federal cabinet has decided on four Eid holidays, which would run from Monday, May 2 through Thursday, May 5.
The Interior Ministry submitted a summary for three Eid public holidays. However, Prime Minister Shehbaz Sharif, has allowed four holidays on account of the religious festival.
