3 Scientists have been awarded the Nobel Prize in Physics
Three scientists will share the Nobel Prize in Physics for 2022, according to the Royal Academy of Sciences of Sweden.
Physicists from Australia, America, and France won the Nobel Prize in Physics for their research on quantum physics. They received the honor because they paved the way for a new generation of powerful computers and telecommunications systems that cannot be spied on or tapped into/hacked.
During their experiments, the three scientists changed the field of quantum physics forever. Through his research, cutting-edge technologies based on quantum information have been developed.
As per the Nobel Committee for Physics, quantum information science is advancing rapidly. It will have a significant impact on secure information transfer, quantum computing, and other areas as well.
Nobel Prize money will be divided equally among the three scientists. Svante Pabo, who worked for human evolution, won the Nobel Prize in Medicine earlier on October 3rd.
