Punjab government has announced a new winter vacation schedule
For the second time this month, the Punjab government has revised the winter holiday timetable for public and private educational institutions.
Winter vacations in 36 districts will be observed in two phases, according to an official statement from the School and Education Department (SED).
Winter vacation will be enforced in 24 districts' schools from December 23, 2021, to January 6, 2022, in the first phase. On January 7th, 2022, the schools will resume. Among them are the following:

Winter vacation will be observed in 12 districts from January 3 to 13, 2022. On January 14, 2022, they will reopen. The decision was made to postpone holidays in 12 districts in order to boost COVID-19 immunization rates among schoolchildren. The following districts are among them:
