Karachi University Increases Degree Fee

The University of Karachi administration has increased the fees for verification of credentials i.e. degrees and other documents.

According to verified sources, Karachi University has issued a notification regarding the fees for receiving a degree, in which it is said that the fee for the verification document has been increased from 1,000 to 2,000 rupees.

However, students seem to be rejecting the increase in the fees of degrees and other documents.A spokesperson from the administration has stated that the country is already in the grip of severe inflation, which has made it difficult for the less privileged to earn two meals a day.

The situation is to be further determined.
