Peshawar Model School

Peshawar Model Educational Institutions (PMEIs) were established in 1979. Peshawar Model Degree College (Boys) Peshawar was established in 1997, followed by PMDC (Girls) Peshawar in 2002, PMDC (Boys & Girls) in separate campuses at Mardan in 2011, PMDC (Boys) Hayatabad in 2014, PMDC (Boys) Swabi in 2017, PMDC (Girls) Swabi in 2018, PMDC (Boys & Girls) in separate campuses at Haripur in 2018 and PMDC Girls Hayatabad in 2019. All these institutions have a mission to impart quality education to students at affordable cost. The PMEIs comprise twenty separate schools and ten degree colleges with a total student population of over 35,000. In recognition of valuable services being rendered by PMEIs in the field of education, it was granted the Charter to establish City University of Science & Information Technology in 2001 by the Government of Khyber Pakhtunkhwa.
