KEF is providing high quality liberal education to the children especially female students of underprivileged sections of the society’s untapped population of Azad Kashmir & Pakistan. KEF is a nonprofit, non-political NGO that has to sustain its efforts through donors.

The Kashmir Education Foundation aims to set up English medium schools and colleges in Pakistan and Azad Kashmir to impart quality education for girls and boys of poor families particularly from the backward and rural areas and to set up Teachers Training Institutes for female graduates particularly from rural areas to enable them to become high quality English medium primary school teachers, keeping in mind the objective to upgrade the skills of teachers from other schools in the respective areas.
