The Citizens Foundation is a non-profit organization established in 1995, that works in the field of education by building and managing schools in less privileged areas of Pakistan.

At the Citizen Foundation, their key objectives include catering to those in need by embedding schools in the heart of urban slums & rural communities while ensuring a high quality of education. TCF uses its own textbooks for most of the subjects. The content has been tailored for relevance and ease of understanding for the students. They also have an extensive teacher and principal training program every year.
