Private Schools Association announces a peaceful protest

Rawalpindi: Central President of All Pakistan Private Schools Management Association Kashif Adib Jawdani and Chairman All Pakistan Colleges and Academies Engineer Adil Khaliq said that education and health play an essential role in the development of any country. But unfortunately, these two areas have been neglected in every government.

He said that even in the country's budget, the amount allocated for these two sectors is very meager. The first wave of Corona in the country closed the country's educational institutions for almost six months. The public and private sectors' measures to revive children's online educational activities have not yielded the desired results.

Educational activities resumed on September 15 with full SOPs. When the tendency of children turned towards education, the educational institutions were closed again. This time the government should immediately announce a relief package for the school owners. Small educational institutions should be given discounts on electricity and water bills. Abolish Social Security and Old Age Benefits for one year. Due to the government's cold seal and non-delivery of any relief package, all organizations have declared a peaceful protest on December 17.
