Pakistan and China launch an international educational pact
In order to encourage international industry-education cooperation, China and Pakistan have launched an alliance initiative.
According to Li Jinsong, President of TANG International Education Group, the China-Pakistan International Industry-Education Cooperation Partnership will facilitate the introduction of 210 technical and vocational education and training disciplines in Pakistan at a seminar associated with the launch of the initiative.
Furthermore, 36 training excellence centers will be established and opportunities for further studies and employment in China will be available.
Moin ul Haque, Pakistan's ambassador to China, said the demand for skilled labor is increasing with the progress of CPEC.
In Pakistan, many Chinese firms are involved in a variety of projects and are in need of employees with experience.
Over 20 agreements for bilateral education and industrial cooperation were signed at this event.
