Medical and dental colleges to begin classes from February 22, UHS
The University of Health Sciences announced that the classes for Punjab's medical and dental colleges would begin on February 25, while the classes on Azad Jammu and Kashmir will start from March 1.
UHS official released the statement on Monday in a meeting chaired by the University Vice-Chancellor Dr. Javed Akram.

It was decided that those students who cannot give the medical and dental college's fee would not be denied.
Meantime, the head of admissions, Dr. Allah Rakha, informed the members present in the meeting and said that admissions had been completed under the Pakistan Medical Commission's directives.
"The admissions on 95% seats have been done," Dr. Allah Rakha added.
Another official said during the meeting that "several" scholarships were open for aspiring applicants.
