Youth International Conclave organized one of the Asia’s largest hybrid leadership & entrepreneurship summit to empower the youth globally

The "YIC Leadership & Entrepreneurship Summit" was organised by Youth International Conclave, which is Pakistan's largest and one of Asia's largest hybrid leadership and entrepreneurship conferences. The Youth International Conclave understands the need for partnership between entrepreneurs and IT experts. There is a limit to what an entrepreneur can accomplish on their own. Recognizing that entrepreneurship has a role to play in encouraging innovation and technology, all stakeholders in the business and information technology sectors will need to collaborate to synergize the relationship.

The relationship between entrepreneurship, leadership, and innovation, as well as technology, cannot be overemphasized as the world becomes more globalized and digitized. In order for information to flow efficiently in a firm, good communication is required. Businesses can communicate both internally and externally through different channels provided by technology. Whether it's developing virtual workspaces where employees can collaborate and brainstorm ideas, or using video conferencing to connect with international businesses, technology can be used to collect feedback from customers, which can then be used to improve or change a product to better suit the needs of the customers.

Physically, the summit was held in Peshawar, with 630 people from all over Pakistan in attendance. Out of 4000+ applications, 500 people were chosen to attend the virtual edition of the summit. So Youth from 54 Countries participated in the Virtual Edition of YIC Leadership & Entrepreneurship Summit 2021.Engineer Umar Farooq Gul founded Youth International Conclave in 2019 with the goal of connecting youth from all over the world and providing them with opportunities through trainings and organizing different summits/conferences so that they can develop their entrepreneurial, leadership, and digital skills.

During the YIC Leadership & Entrepreneurship Summit 2021, a "Startup Roundtable" was held in which startups from various incubation centres, such as the National Expansion Plan of NICs (NEP NIC), National Incubation Center, and Durshal Startups, a project of the KP Information Technology Board, discussed ecosystem problems and how to solve and bridge the gap. This Startup Roundtable brought together 39 startups from KP. The National Incubation Center's leadership team, KPITB, and successful entrepreneurs around KP came together to motivate and guide the newly incubated startups on how to grow their businesses.

YIC is a non-profit organization dedicated to youth development. Founded with the goal of connecting promising youngsters from all around the world in many industries such as entrepreneurship, technology, education, learning platforms, and enterprises. The goal of the YIC is to conduct various Entrepreneurship programmes and provide chances for youth to meet the requirements of today's society while also fostering tomorrow's leaders and entrepreneurs.
