Pakistan and Hong Kong sign education cooperation agreement

Choi Yuk-lin, who signed a Memorandum of Understanding between Hong Kong and Pakistan on educational cooperation, said the MoU will facilitate strategic partnerships.

Last week, the Hong Kong SAR Government and the Federal Ministry of Education and Vocational Training of Pakistan signed an agreement to strengthen educational cooperation.

Choi, who supported Pakistan's education programs in Hong Kong, believes that the memorandum will facilitate more extensive educational cooperation and exchanges between Pakistan and Hong Kong.

As part of the MOU, reciprocal measures include exchanging expertise and experience, academic documents, teaching aids, and demonstration materials. Scholars, students, and others involved in teaching are included.

Moin ul Haque, Pakistan's Ambassador to China, and Bilal Ahmad Butt, Pakistan's Consul General in Hong Kong, signed the MoU during Dr. Choi Yuk-lin's visit to Hong Kong.

In an effort to exchange ideas and experiences related to teaching, Dr. Choi has been invited to Pakistan by the ambassador. Additionally, Dr. Choi stressed that education exchange and exposure could improve the quality of education.

In an announcement, the Consulate General said that the Urdu examination other than Cambridge would be held in Hong Kong two years from now.
