Job openings for minorities as Police Constables and Police Drivers in Sindh 2023

Minority candidates are invited to apply for the vacant jobs of police constable and driver police constable (BPS-7) at Sindh Police.

According to the Sindh Police, there are 1853 police constable jobs and 357 driver police constable jobs available. All government departments have quotas for recruiting minorities (non-Muslim candidates).

As of 2023, there are a number of police constable and driver police constable jobs in Sindh available in different districts. A job application must specify the district or range in which the position is to be offered.

Who can apply?

Applicants must have Sindh residency
In order to qualify for police constable and driver police constable jobs, candidates must hold a SSC/Matric qualification
A valid motor vehicle driving license is required by the closing date for those seeking the driver police constable position. All candidates must receive their LTV license before their probationary period ends
CNIC, domicile, one recent photograph, PRC/ Form-D, academic transcripts, and driver's license (only for driver police constable candidates)

Fitness and Endurance Exam:

Both men and women are required to meet physical requirements and endurance tests in order to be considered for the job.

Candidate requirements for men:

It is required that you are at least 5 feet and 5 inches tall.
It is recommended to have a chest size of 33 inches with an expansion of 1.5 inches.
Those applying for the police constable post must complete 1600 meters running in 8 minutes. In contrast, those applying for the driver police constable position must complete 1600 meters running in 10 minutes.

Candidate requirements for women:

The height requirement is at least 5 feet tall.
Candidates applying for both police constable and driver police constable posts should finish the 800 meter walk in 14 minutes.

How the application process works:

Minority police constable and driver police constable recruitments for the Sindh Police department are being handled by the Sukkur IBS University Testing Services (SIBA)
Applications must be submitted through SIBA's official application portal
The SIBA application portal requires candidates to create an account before applying
Complete the application form and upload the required documents
Please submit a non-refundable application processing fee of Rs. 900/- only in any branch of ABL or MCB Bank Ltd.
Submit your SIBA application by uploading your fee challan receipt
Applications received after the deadline: 28th February 2023, will not be considered
