In the 2021 Global EdTech Startup Awards, EarlyBird Education receives the USA-East Coast Semi-Finals

EarlyBird Education has won the 2021 USA-East Coast Semi-Finals of the Global EdTech Startup Awards (GESAwards), the world's largest edtech contest. In January, EarlyBird Education will compete in the GESAwards Global Finals.

The GESAwards find, present, and honour the most promising edtech startups around the globe. The East Coast Semi-Finals featured nine companies from the United States and Canada. EarlyBird Education was chosen from among them.

The EarlyBird game-based early literacy evaluation was created by EarlyBird Education. EarlyBird was developed and statistically verified at Boston Children's Hospital in collaboration with professors at the Florida Center for Reading Research. It combines all key reading predictions in one simple-to-administer evaluation. It assists educators in identifying and supporting children who are at risk for dyslexia and other reading issues even before they learn to read.

The GESAwards programme gives entrepreneurs from all around the world the chance to show off their innovations to a worldwide audience, form meaningful collaborations, enable business prospects, and compete for the title of best edtech startup of the year. The GESAwards Finals will be held in London on January 20, 2022.

About early Bird

EarlyBird improves students' life by detecting reading issues early on, including dyslexia. A game-based screening evaluation and dashboard are included in the cloud-based technology platform, which directs teachers to tailored action plans and evidence-based resources. Educators can use EarlyBird to identify children who are at risk for reading issues within the window when intervention is most effective - before they learn to read officially.
