Dow University students set up a pediatric surgery OT complex at Civil Hospital

A pediatric surgery OT complex was built at Civil Hospital by 1996 Dow Medical College graduates, and the Sindh government has agreed to bear the costs.

On Friday, Dr. Azra Pechuho, Provincial Health Minister, inaugurated the Pediatric Surgery OT Complex at Civil Hospital Karachi.

A plan for a Children's Surgery OT Complex is under consideration, for which the Sindh Government needs space elsewhere because the Civil Hospital Karachi is full.

A symbolic key for the newly constructed pediatric OT complex was presented to Dr. Rubina Bashir, Medical Superintendent, Civil Hospital, Karachi.

This key was presented by Dow Class of '96 representatives and the provincial health minister.
