Degrees awarded at Dow University's 12th convocation
Over 2000 students received degrees at Dow University's 12th convocation.
The grand ceremony for Dow University's 12th convocation was held at Dow University. Vice Chancellor Professor Saeed Qureshi said that more than two thousand batches of doctors, dentists and other health professionals had been prepared to perform healthcare duties.
The university's ranking among the top 600 universities in the world is the result of its tireless efforts. Dow University is the only university to award honorary degrees to world-renowned surgeons, including Prof. Muhyiddin, who was formerly a Dow University student.
Professor Saeed Qureshi said Dow University's services and teaching style are appreciated at the national and international levels. Being a compassionate human being is as meaningful as becoming a doctor.
In addition to conferring two honorary degrees, the university awarded four PhD degrees.
According to Professor Saeed Qureshi, Dow University has played a major role in improving medical education.
