Admission deadline extended for Fatima Jinnah Women's University

Applications for admission to different programs at Fatima Jinnah Women University (FJWU) have been extended until next week.

The deadline to apply for BS, B.Ed, M.Phil, and Ph.D. programs for Fall 2022 is 31 August. Prospectuses and application forms are available at authorized branches of First Women Bank Limited (FWBL).

Students who are awaiting their results are also eligible to apply. FJWU's official website contains the advertisement along with eligibility criteria and application instructions

FJWU has also recently inaugurated two new departments, Bioinformatics and Public Health and Applied Sciences.

Earlier this week, the institute held an open house for prospective students and parents.

During the visit, visitors interacted with faculty and staff and learned about the university's academic programs and other facilities.

In 1998, Fatima Jinnah Women University was founded as the country's first women's university. The university's faculty has grown over time, and many international scholars have joined.

Under Dr. Saima Hamid's leadership, FJWU has achieved a number of milestones, including the inauguration and launch of new departments that serve women from everywhere in Pakistan.

FJWU added another feather to its cap by being ranked 101 in the Top 200 World Universities with Real Impact (WURI) Rankings 2022.
