85-year-old creates history by receiving PhD
By receiving a PhD, an 85-year-old Balochistan man created history. Hebatullah Halimi is a political science PhD holder from the University of Balochistan. Syed Zahoor Ahmad Agha, Governor of Balochistan, hugged Muammar PhD Scholar and bestowed a degree on him. Hebatullah Halimi was a PhD scholar who worked for the Police Department as a DSP.

The Governor of Balochistan stated that the desire to pursue a PhD at such a late age and to complete it is inspiring and a source of pride to those who seek education.
