Scholarships in USA for PhD program announced by HEC for Pakistani students

Under the HEC’s US-Pakistan Knowledge Corridor project, scholarships for Pakistani students to study for a Ph.D. in the United States for the fall of 2022 and the spring/summer of 2023 is announced. Candidates should be aware that the scholarships are exclusively available for Ph.D. program and not for MS programs leading to Ph.D.

Eligibility Criteria:

The candidate must have completed 18 years of education or an equivalent degree (MS/MPhil) to be considered for a direct PhD. During your academic career, a 3rd division or less than 45 percent in any degree/certificate is not acceptable.

How to apply:

Application deadline:

The deadline for submitting the online application form is February 28, 2022. Candidates must apply before the deadline, as the applications received after the deadline will not be accepted.
