University of Education, Jauharabad Campus is the only Public Sector multi-disciplinary higher education institute in District Khushab with a special focus on pre-service teacher education programs. The campus covers an area of 26 acres of land. It has a network of building structure including offices, practicing school, classrooms, labs, library, staffrooms, girls' hostel, and a canteen. The campus has witnessed the evolution of teacher education from a normal school in 1956 to Government College of Elementary Teachers in 1971 and University of Education, Jauharabad Campus in 2006.
