Overview
Cadet College Skardu is one of the government recognized Cadet Colleges of Pakistan and unique of its kind in Gilgit Baltistan. Within a short span of time it has achieved a remarkable success. It would not have been possible if the Government and particularly the Army had not taken keen interest in the educational uplift of Gilgit Baltistan. There was a dire need of an institution, which could integrate the youth of Gilgit Baltistan with the rest of the country through quality education and personality development. Keeping this objective in view the Government approved the project of Cadet College Skardu in 1992.
