Abaseen Public School & College Mansehra was founded in 1991 by Col (RETD) Fazle Akbar Kama. At that time the private sector only imparted education uptil the middle classes. Finding the gap here in the private sector, the initiative was taken to fill it up and matric and college-level classes were started. Later on, primary and middle classes were also stated as a matter of necessity.
